Housing Authority
The purpose of the Polk County Housing Authority is to ensure decent, safe and affordable housing for the elderly and disabled.

Rent is calculated using a government formula, which establishes need. In short, the formula requires a total maximum family income not to exceed the income limits – minus enumerated, recurring medical expenses – for Polk County, Wisconsin.
