Polk County's Covid-19 Drive-Thru Testing is Closed
Covid-19 testing is available by appointment. To schedule please call (715) 554-0519.
Free Covid-19 tests are available through the Polk County Health Department at the Community Services Division front desk located in the Polk County Government Center.
They also are available at the following public libraries: Amery, Balsam Lake, Clear Lake, Centuria, Dresser, Frederic, Luck, Milltown, Osceola, and St. Croix Falls.
Wisconsin households are also eligible to receive a free at-home Covid-19 test kit by mail once per month by ordering through the Say Yes! COVID Test webpage here: https://sayyescovidhometest.org/"
